The right moment.
Kaira is a training app that understands your progress. Strength, running, mobility, stretching or self-massage, wherever you train: Kaira remembers it, compares it with what came before and tells you what matters, when it matters.
Private beta · By invitation
Threshold. Kaira does not stand for the finish line but for the point of passage: the moment you decide to step in, come back or keep going.
What happened, what’s next and what’s coming
Silence by default, presence with purpose.
Yesterday
It remembers you
Every set, every kilometre, every stretch and every niggle you log stays in your history. What you did last time and how it felt: Kaira has it in front of it when you come back.

Today
Your session, without the noise
Open the app and today’s session is there, from your coach’s plan or your own. You log as you train, with only what you need on screen.

What’s coming
It knows when to speak
Kaira reads what has happened: what is moving forward, what has stalled, what deserves your attention. When there is nothing to say, it says nothing.

One plan for everything you train
Each practice is logged its own way: sets and loads for strength, distance and pace for running, time and how it felt for mobility, stretching and self-massage.

Made for wherever you train

Halfway through a long run, travelling, or anywhere without signal: what you log is saved on your phone and syncs when you are back online. Kaira is a web app; you open it in your browser and add it to your home screen, no app store needed.
For people who want to understand their progress, not just log it
For anyone who trains consistently and follows a plan, their own or one from the coach who works with them, and wants logging, memory and reading in one place.
What it is not
It is not a social network: no challenges, leaderboards or badges. Nor does it promise quick results. Consistency, not perfection.

For now, by invitation
Kaira is being built with a small group of people, and we are opening up gradually. If you would like to try it or have questions, write to us.
